Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?

Via our quote and contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the information you provide yourself about your energy situation — such as annual consumption, connection type and quarter-hour data. In addition, our platform collects limited, anonymized visitor statistics.

What do we use your data for?

To prepare your savings analysis and quote, to communicate about this, to perform any resulting agreement and to comply with our statutory record-keeping obligations. The legal bases are: performance of (pre-contractual) measures at your request, legitimate interest and legal obligation. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and never sell it to third parties.

Who do we share your data with?

Only with parties needed to help you: Ultimati Energie Deutschland GmbH (manufacturing and delivery of your system), our certified installation partners (on-site execution) and Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com, hosting and form processing; transfer to the US takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Only after your explicit consent via our cookie banner do we additionally share anonymized visitor data with Google Ireland Limited via Google Analytics 4, to analyze our website traffic. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and never sell it to third parties.

How long do we keep your data?

Quote requests that do not lead to an agreement are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact. Administrative data relating to an agreement is kept for 7 years, in accordance with the statutory tax record-keeping obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Please contact us for this; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
